Lion’s Mane is great for preventing dementia, relieving depression & anxiety and reduces inflammation.

We use ginger root extract in all our formulations due to the fact psilocybin converts into psilocin in our stomachs causing a chemical reaction which is responsible for nausea at times. We add ginger root extract to decrease the nausea feeling.

What Is Microdosing & Why You Should Try It

Essentially, microdosing is the practice of taking very small doses of a substance – in this case psilocybin mushrooms – over time with the aim of achieving the health benefits without experiencing the psychedelic or psychoactive effects.  This might seem counterintuitive to some, who enjoy using psychedelics and exploring consciousness, but as we discussed these notions can seem overwhelming to some people.  There are a growing number of studies that have shown the positive effects of psilocybin on patients suffering from severe mental trauma (PTSD) and persistent behavioral disorders (Depression, Schizophrenia).  So, even if you’re not the type looking to catapult yourself into a journey across the cosmos by tripping on shrooms, you can still benefit from the natural healing properties of this one-of-a-kind fungus.

Be Safe, Start Low, Go Slow

Like with any new substance in your daily routine, it’s very important to pace yourself and do your research.  Before you get started, you need to understand your reasons for taking psilocybin, the results you’re seeking, what kinds of experiences you’ve had in the past, and being cognizant of the risks associated with consuming psychedelics.  Once you’ve taken a good long review of your situation and what your goals are, it’s time to consume some shrooms!

Day 1: Take your microdose, preferably early in the day

Day 2: No dose (after effects)

Day 3: No dose (normal, resting period)

Day 4: Microdose again, repeating with “No doses” for another two days, and so on.

What kinds of warning signs should you look out for? Lastly, but certainly not least, you need to understand how psilocybin can affect you and what you need to be careful about.  Nobody wants to have a bad trip; be it an accidental psychedelic experience or even if you’re a veritable “psychonaut”.  Sometimes you can do everything right and still experience some psychoactive effects, but the important thing to remember is to remain calm and stay in a safe place.  If you are just starting out with a microdose, or you’re upping your usual amounts to experience enhanced benefits, remember that phrase: Be Safe, Start Low, Go Slow.

Being SAFE means taking your microdoses in a secure, familiar place and with supportive, trustworthy people around you.  Starting LOW is also important because even if you think you understand how psilocybin affects you, any increased dose can significantly change your experiences so be sure to take your time and patiently up your dose, closely monitoring how the new dose makes you feel.  Going SLOW cannot be overstated; most psychedelic episodes or issues with psilocybin occur because people are impatient and rush towards the results their seeking.
